JD-Key Responsibilities
1. Create 3D model,drawings, BOM and testing reports
2. Design testing fixtures and collect testing data
3. Issue purchasing order for parts and follows delivery status
4. Build lab tools and test functions
5. Evaluate parts and module performance, reliability and safety
6. Manage manufacturer to deliver qualified parts and modules on time
7. Collaborate with functional groups to make integration, testing and shipping procedures
8. Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve engineering issues
JD-Key Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
2. Familiar with engineering materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques
3. Sheet metal and frame design experience preferred
4. Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
5. Proficient in using FEA software for strength analysis of design
6. Good communication skill and team work spirit
7. Able to travel and work over time, able to work under pressure
8. Good English reading, writing skill.
