Be responsible for answering and handling inquiries from Wealth Management Relationship Managers (RM) and customers on products.
Participate in drafting operation manuals and guidelines relating to the department, handling agreement with partners
Handling commission for our team and referral schedule for our partners
Act as a contact point to liaise with insurance companies to obtain policy and product information.
Prepare sales tools, other related information and materials for Wealth Management Relationship Managers to facilitate their sales process; provide professional sales advice to RM when needed.
Support the Team’s general administration tasks such as preparing regular management reports.
Support other assigned tasks and projects assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
