Scope of Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to Relationship Managers for account opening and maintenance, transaction execution and handling clients’ enquiries etc.
Prepare business analyst report, presentation materials and maintain client database
Find solutions based on clients’ problems on bond duration
Develop and maintain good business relationship with clients and other internal and external stakeholders
Participate and assist to organize business events to build client relationship
Assist Relationship Managers to formulate standardized operations procedures for client service
Skills / Qualifications:
Final year students or graduates from local or overseas universities in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
Obtain MAS license by attending to licensing paper exams within a short period of time after joining
Attention to Details, proactive, customer-orientated, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint
Genuine interest and ambition to develop a long-term career in Wealth Management businesses
Immediately available is highly preferred
