岗位职责

Prepare the insurance documents and handle the customer's insurance application process, including any

outstanding/pending issues until the policy is fully in force


Handling in the process of underwriting, financial, medical pending.


Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and processing strategies etc.


As a team member to develop and deliver comprehensive company information to our channels


Complete add hoc work when necessary.



任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.


Minimum 1 year relevant experience in insurance industry


Pass the IIQE Certificate Paper 1 and 3 Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services, familiar with daily operation of insurance broker company


Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
