工作职责

1. 作为电机设计工程师,在工具研发项目中,保证所有电机工程相关工作的准时交付,包括:

- 结合电动工具需求,基于现有电机平台,提供电机方案选项;

- 在多文化环境中,进行跨职能部门交流,定义并优化电机解决方案;

- 计算电机参数,跟踪电机样品的制作及测试,并在失效分析的基础上,提出并推进解决措施;

- 完成机械设计文档及图纸,定义规范,以及负责图纸和模具的最终的放行。

- 协助推进电机在工厂/制造商处的放行,协调工艺,生产,质量各职能部门,解决技术问题;

2. 新电机的研发:

- 基于其他部门的工程输入,定义电机设计的边界条件;

- 独立/参与完成电机电磁及性能设计方案;

- 独立/参与完成相关外围机械设计;

- 制定并执行验证(包括测试)方案;

- 负责相关技术文档编写及归档。

 


任职要求

1. 自动化,机电,电机电器等相关专业,研究生优先,有海外留学背景优先;

2. 熟悉电机电磁原理,有系统性学习过电机学,电磁学的优先;

3. 对基本电机控制算法有一定了解;

4. 熟悉Creo,或类似绘图软件;

5. 具较强的电机设计及仿真能力,能熟悉掌握例如Ansys,Maxwel等设计仿真软件;

6. 熟悉一种以上机械、流体散热仿真软件,或有matlab/Simulink建模能力优先;

7. 善于时间管理及系统化思考,有上进心,责任感强,思维开放,快速学习和团队合作精神;

8. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

As a motor R&D engineer, in the tool development project, ensure the timely delivery of all motor engineering-related work, including:

· Motor Application

o Based on the requirements of power tools, provide motor solution options based on existing motor platforms;

o Communicate across functional departments in a multicultural environment, define and optimize motor solutions;

o Calculate motor parameters, track the production and testing of motor samples, propose and promote solutions based on failure analysis;

o Complete mechanical design documents and drawings, define specifications, and be responsible for the final release of drawings and molds.

o Support in promoting the release of motors at the factory/manufacturer, coordinate with process, production, quality departments, and solve technical issues.

· R&D of new motors:

o Define the boundary conditions of motor design based on engineering inputs from other departments;

o Independently/participate in completing motor electromagnetic and performance design schemes;

o Independently/participate in completing related peripheral mechanical design;

o Develop and execute verification (including testing) plans;

o Responsible for writing and archiving related technical documents.

 

Qualifications:

 

· Major in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc., postgraduate degree preferred, having overseas study background is preferred;

· Familiarity with motor electromagnetic principles and systematic study of motor and electromagnetic fields is preferred;

· Understanding of basic motor control algorithms;

· Proficient in Creo or similar drawing software;

· Strong motor design and simulation capabilities, familiar with design simulation software such as Ansys, Maxwell, etc.;

· Familiar with one or more mechanical, fluid, and thermal simulation software, or have Matlab/Simulink modeling capabilities preferred;

· Good at time management and systematic thinking, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, open-minded, quick learner, and team player;

· Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
