Vehicle data monitor and analysis

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• The position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing of electric vehicles' data according to national and enterprise requirement. The position carry out vehicle analysis based on all kinds of car data, and provide technical solutions and predictive maintenance, so that it could avoid or reduce customer's complaint.

Key tasks:

• Carry out vehicle analysis based on remote service data (RTM data) streaming, provide technical support and solutions to after sales counterparts, when the warning of the data is triggered. 
•  Define the threshold value of critical vehicle data to monitor and evaluate the potential failure.
• Implement on site and in house technical support and analysis against detective failure and field complaint.
• Improve and optimize the vehicle data monitor system 
•  Support R&D, production, quality department to improve the quality of vehicle
• Cooperate and communicate with the national and local monitoring platform responsible to get approval of new vehicle model 
• Lead and participate different project
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• University Bachelor degree or above
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning,
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure);
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
