Aftersales Complaint Early Warning

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

•  The position is responsible for the product support of early warning. Analyze data of the field from both internal and external source. Detect potential series complaints at the first time and give warning to related departments and prepare for further deep analyze.

Key tasks:

• Analyze data of the field from internal source such as DISS, RTM,SAGA,AQUA,CCC etc.
• Analyze data of the field from external source such as Internet monitoring. 
• Based on the field data analyzation, giving the early warning for the potential significant problems and informing the relevant team and departments. 
• Evaluate to give PCC advice for potential series complaints to start FAP process at the first time.
• Support the PCC/FAP process for field data inquiring and analyzation for the Product Support Expert Team. 
• Continually developing and promoting the field data integration and analyzation method for market problem.
• Set active early warning standard for different special groups and keep updating to improve accuracy.
• Use BI tools to develop field data analysis dashboard and present current status automatically.
• Track the effectiveness of solutions for field complaints from the data of the field.
• Complete other tasks which is from team leader
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  University Bachelor degree or above Major: Automotive or Mechanics or relevant majors
•  Experience in project management methods and technics in all project phases;
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning,
• Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams;
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure);
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
