Diagnosis Bigdata Support(DataProductOwner)

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• This holder of this position is responsible of big data analysis including field claims , remote vehichles data such as (DISS, warranty data, RTM,GDC etc), and diagnotic and SW data for problem finding and support techincal service to indentify SW related issues in the field. Maintaining and optimizing data anaysitc algorithm and platform for ealry warning and predictive maintance

Key tasks:

• Analyzing large data sets using various data analytics tools and techniques to monitor quality issues in the market  
•  Set up the data analysis support process for technical related business units 
•  Using the big data anlaysis methods support the technical releated departments to identify the root causes of the SW related issues and find solution for aftersales 
• Identifying and recommending strategies to improve data quality and data management processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the insights derived from the data.
• Set up the experence and knowlage for developing, maintaining and optimizing data models to indentify the field issues.
• Support the continuously improvement of the data analytics platform and its data sources.
• Regular reports of data findings.
• Know-how transfer to related parties.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  Master or bachelor degree or above Major: Automotive, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
•  Experience in data analysis tools/techniques (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from large and complex data sets
• Strong understanding of vehicle data and the underlying car technology
• Experience in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
• Commitment for knowledge documentation and internal know-how transfer
• Self-organization (highly self-initiative, motivated and independent)
