Field Quality Observation

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• This position holds the responsibility for actively observing and analyzing the suspected safety related issues, dynamically giving the early warning for the potential significant problems and providing the data to support the problem-solving process with internal VWA and external entities. 

Key tasks:

• Field data analysis from AQUA, SAGA, DISS, RTM, Call Center and Internet Monitoring etc., monitoring and analyzing for VWA vehicle models. 
• Identify the suspected safety related issues, giving the early warning for the potential significant problems and informing the relevant team and departments. 
• Formulate the methodology of safety issue identification via new technology such as big data and AI.. to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Create the analysis report for the evaluation of the infield vehicle quality of VWA vehicles and its components in the Chinese market and exported foreign markets
• Continually developing and promoting the field data integration and analyzation method for market problem early warning. 
• Support the deep analysis and escalation process for field data inquiring and analysis
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  
•  University Bachelor degree or above Major: Automotive or Mechanism or relevant majors
•  Experience in project management methods and technics in all project phases;
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning,
• Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams;
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure);
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be plus
