MM Diagnostic development / Support

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

The holder of the position ensures ensures the development, test and support for the vehicle diagnosis of MM project in the market.

Key tasks:

• Plan and manage the development of MM diagnosis content. 
• Authoring of diagnosis content for new and updated models.
• Validation & approval of diagnosis content before market release.
• Test management and issue tracking for MM diagnosis content.
• Analysis of diagnosis-related support requests from the market.
• Support solution finding for technical repair requests.
• On-site support for technical repairs.
• Monitoring of diagnosis sessions for quality assurance and improvement.
• Continuous improvement of diagnosis functions, processes and systems.
• Knowledge documentation, know-how- and information transfer of diagnosis technology to related parties.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding position at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  Master or bachelor degree in the field of computer science, electrical & electronics engineering or automotive engineering. 
• Knowledge in the area of vehicle electronics and vehicle diagnostic
• Experience in project management methods in all project phases
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning
• Experience in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, deal with uncertainties, master high pressure
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German as a plus
• Commitment for knowledge documentation and sharing
