Workshop Organization and Technical Test

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• The position is responsible for the workshop establishment of TSC (Technical Service Analysis Centre) with full functions at VW Anhui, coordination of the workshop business-related departments like Schadenstisch meeting, repair concept verification, TPI preparation, road test etc., reasonably allocating workshop equipment, test vehicles, test stations, and ensuring the timely completion.

Key tasks:

• Establishment and development of TSC (Technical Service Analysis Center) with full functions at VW Anhui
• Be responsible for the daily management and update the workshop equipment to ensure the advanced analysis and test capability of vehicles and parts
• Cooperate for the launch preparation of new models and other new projects, such as technical solution/failure mode test
•  Organize the trial assembly and vehicle test to verify the effectiveness and implement of repair concept, TPI etc.
•  Be responsible for the daily management of test vehicles incl. preparation, maintenance and update of hardware and software etc. 
• Responsible for the readiness, management and update of tools and equipment of workshop
• Support for the maintenance of IT systems and Comply with and implement the requirements of the company’s cyber security management 
• Performing individual task-relatedduties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positionsat VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations

upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  University Bachelor degree or above
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning,
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure);
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
