Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility:
- A CX Evaluator will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing customer experience (CX) related data and information for the purpose of driving customer journey design and creating meaningful engagement for maximum retention.
Good communication skills and knowledge about markets are also preferred.
Key tasks:
- According to the positioning of target users and models, build and maintain the user scene system around user value;
- Undertake the needs of various business departments, excavate the core and high-value scenes, formulate corresponding experience indicators, and form differentiated user scenes;
- Cooperate with internal software and hardware product teams to output scene content, forming the whole process from user scene construction to product definition and implementation;
- Responsible for undertaking product experience verification, product definition acceptance and full life cycle user delivery and operation;
- Responsible for writing product technical experience requirement documents, definition documents, etc. and cross-functional team communication.
- Responsible for formulating and designing product technical experience, mining user scenarios and leading product design to create product experience beyond expectation;
- Support other department on customer satisfaction topic based on customer journey related methodology and result;
- Complete other tasks from supervisor.
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
- Advising other people holding positionsat VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations
upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills:
- University Bachelor degree or above Major: Automotive Engineering, Marketing
- Experience in customer journey area.
- Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
- Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be plus
- Experience in conducting surveys, researches, clinics, etc.
- Commitment for knowledge documentation and internal know-how transfer
- Self-organization (highly self-initiative, motivated and independent)
- Customer orientation
