Supporting Labor Ramping up

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Supporting project - Labor ramping up / Vehicle Projects

Key tasks:

• Supporting the Technical Requirement documents preparation
• Supporting tracking the PR/PO/Receipt/ Payment status
• Supporting to track and update the EGM invest status
• Supporting to track the part status of vehicle project
• Supporting to organize meeting and meeting minutes recording.
• Implement related tests
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Well organized, proactive, reliable and willing to work in a multinational working environment.
• Outgoing and lively personality
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented
• Enrolled university student major in material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other relative majors.
• Excellent English skills (German Language skill as a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft office software
