Competitor analysis Engineer

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• support EGP head well to manage the EGP
• manage the tear down parts well.
• organize activities well required by project team or management level.
• Do the benchmark well based on requests.
• Support other tasks well related to EGP

Key tasks:

•  support EGP head to manage the EGP
•  manage the tear down parts.
•  organize activities required by project team or management level.
• Do the benchmark based on requests.
• Support other tasks related to EGP
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

•  integrate self into the team.
• follow the arrangement of EGP head.
• Logic thinking, optimistic attitude,clear and high-quality output
• Engineering bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive, or similar experience in OEMs.
• CET-4 or higher, Fluent English skills;
•  Familiar with Excel/ppt/words/…;
•  Convincing, ability to negotiate and achieve WIN-WIN solutions.
• Problem solving abilities in complex environment
