PCBA Process Engineer

Description:

1. Perform professional and valuable DFM and DFT to R&D for high performance of manufacturability& testability /quality/cost
2. Define PCBA manufacture& test strategy/process flow& specification and qualification plan
3. Drive quality deliverables (PFMEA, process control plan, process and equipment qualification)
4. Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype build in supplier
5. Manage the ICT fixture/FVT Equipment fabrication qualification
6. Lead PCBA/PCB process transfer to Schneider plant
7. Support GSC localization project activities 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering
2. At least 8years experience in electronic and at least 5 years professional experience in PCBA industrial
3. Good at PCBA design for manufacturing and Testing, experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing and ICT, know some tools of DFM and DFT
4. Knowledge of PCBA ICT programming
5. Good understanding of quality data, and PCBA mfg KPI, green belt of six sigma is preferred
6. Have electronic product R&D experience and electronics test are preferred
7. Knowledge of electronic component: industrial constraints in PCBA manufacturing process
8. Well understanding of PCB fabrication process /related quality standard (IPC-A-600,UL standard)
9. Fluent oral English, be good at English writing and listening
