PCBA Method Engineer

1)     Create PCBA process & maintenance capability and continuous improvement.

2)     Develop and manage process & maintenance budget planning and cost effectiveness.

3)     Successful introduction of new PCBA projects, like re-balancing, OCP projects, etc.

4)     Establish and continuously improve SPS implementation level.

5)     Analyze and resolve technical issues linked with product (WPF manufactured PCBA) process and maintenance

Set up and lead a strong team to support the production make sure the good service level in terms of process optimization, TPM, quality, and OTDP, etc.

Requirement： 

1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering/automation or electronics filed

2.10 years experience in PCBA manufacturing industry  

3.     PCBA manufacturing process & maintenance skills and practice

4.     IPC standards knowledge

5.     ESD knowledge

6.     Fluent in both English and Mandarin

7.     DFM knowledge

8.     Lean and Six sigma knowledge

9.     Strong sense of leadership and team spirit
