• DFM capability with designer and supplier
• Proper molding tooling specification definition to balance quality and cost
• Tooling design & review
• Molding process qualification
• Supplier management for tooling development and part injection within planed cost and time
• Profitability analysis
• Polymer material knowledge
• Measurement methodology understanding for part/tooling design and modification
Qualifications
• For Education level of Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Master in Pro-E
• Tooling & Molding Knowledge for Polymer Material , 5 years working experience
• Good coordination with suppliers and other departments with good communication skills
• Team player to mix with people easily, Positive mind set and Challenging Spirit
• Travel: 30% working time in suppliers and manufacture plants.
