Key Responsibilities:
1. 新功能/新产品开发与验证:
在导师指导下,积极参与新功能模块或整机新产品的设计评审、原型调试、功能测试与性能验证,确保设计目标达成。
2. 实验执行与深度数据分析:
熟练操作金属沉积设备及相关分析仪器(如SEM,
EDX, AFM, 膜厚仪等),执行DOE(实验设计)进行设备调试、工艺参数优化及新产品/新功能测试。系统性地收集、整理测试数据,运用统计方法和专业工具进行深入分析,挖掘潜在规律与问题。
撰写清晰、详实、结论明确的实验报告和技术文档。
3. 技术问题诊断与解决:
协助调查和解决设备开发、内部测试及客户验证阶段出现的复杂技术问题(例如:颗粒缺陷超标、硬件异常/失效、工艺稳定性问题、产品良率相关硬件因素等)。
基于分析结果,提出有效的实验验证方案和改进建议,推动问题根本解决。
4. 首台设备交付与量产支持:
参与实验室原型机/测试平台的搭建、维护与升级。
支持客户端首台新设备的安装、调试、硬件改造及工艺验证工作,确保设备通过整机验收测试,满足量产要求。
为客户端量产初期提供及时的硬件相关技术支持和问题响应
1. New Feature/Product Development & Validation:
Participate actively in design reviews, prototype
debugging, functional testing, and performance validation of new feature
modules or new full-tool products under mentorship
Ensure achievement of design targets.
2. Experimental Execution & In-Depth Data Analysis:
Proficiently operate metal deposition equipment and
relevant analytical instruments (e.g., SEM, EDX, AFM, film thickness
measurement tools) to execute DOE (Design of Experiments) for equipment
debugging, process parameter optimization, and new product/feature testing.
Systematically collect and organize test data,
utilizing statistical methods and specialized tools for thorough analysis to
uncover underlying patterns and issues.
Author clear, detailed, and conclusive experimental
reports and technical documentation.
3. Technical Problem Diagnosis & Resolution:
Assist in investigating and resolving complex
technical issues arising during equipment development, internal testing, and
customer validation phases (e.g., particle defects exceeding specifications,
hardware anomalies/failures, process stability issues, hardware factors
impacting product yield).
Propose effective experimental validation plans and
improvement recommendations based on analysis results to drive root cause
resolution.
4. First-Article Tool Delivery & Production Support:
Participate in the setup, maintenance, and upgrades of lab
prototype/test platforms.
Support on-site installation, debugging, hardware modifications,
and process validation of first-article new tools at customer sites, ensuring
equipment passes Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) / Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
and meets production requirements.
Provide timely hardware-related technical support and
issue response during the initial production ramp-up phase at customer site.
Key Requirements:
1.自动化、电气或机械领域的硕士学位。有等离子体知识背景者优先考虑。偏好211/985高校的毕业生。
2.具备机械、电气和软件编程技能的扎实知识者优先考虑。
3.有数据分析、问题解决和报告的良好记录。
4.良好的沟通和演示技能,良好的书面和口头英语能力。
1.Master degree in automation, electrical or mechanical field. Plasma knowledge background is a plus. 211/985 colleges are preferred.
2.Solid knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and software programing skill is preferred.
3.Proved record of data analytics, problem solving and reporting.
4.Good communication and presentation skills, good written and spoken English skill.
