Job Description (Operations)
A shortlisted candidate will embark on a 18-months development programme within the Moonton Malaysia Esports Team, with rotations and attachments across selected departments to gain exposure and insight into the business. This candidate will be involved on ongoing and new projects with assigned mentors, rotations and projects could include but not limited to:
- League Operations
- Game Operations
- Team Management
Responsibilities:
1. Joining the Operations Manager to strategise the plan for our product - MPL Malaysia;
2. Assisting the Operations Manager in day-to-day job including:
3. Liaison between internal and external stakeholders (Professional Esports Teams), including BAU communication as well as dispute/crises management;
4. Data analysis of our in-game initiatives;
5. Enhancing our incentive framework to optimise reward structure;
6. Tweaking and optimising the designs of the league and the rules.

1. Graduating in Year 2024 from Bachelor Degree or Master studies with a minimum CGPA 3.8 and above.
2. Strong interest to explore in e-sports industry.
3. Strong critical and logical thinking skills.
4. Proactive and willing to learn mindset.
5. Ability to work as an entrepreneur and collaborate as a team during the journey.
