岗位职责
人力资源类/Human Resource
1、深度了解业务,把握招聘需求,通过各种招聘渠道搜寻优秀人才;
2、通过各种面试方法、技巧、工具筛选出匹配公司用人标准的合适人才;
3、协助人力各部门进行项目的支持性工作,如培训、薪酬绩效、员工关系、企业文化等。

1. Have a good knowledge of the business, grasp the recruitment needs, and search for outstanding talents through various recruitment platforms;
2. Select the suitable talents that match the company's employment standards through various interview methods, skills and tools, ;
3. Assist HR departments in supporting the project, such as training, salary performance, employee relations, corporate culture, etc.

岗位要求
1、国内外2025届本科及以上毕业生;
2、专业不限,人力资源、英语类相关专业优先;
3、能准确理解与表达,有敏锐的观察能力和较好的共情能力。
4、兴趣爱好广泛,充满好奇心,斜杠青年。
