岗位职责

1. 协助招聘团队进行招聘全流程的实施,包括岗位发布、简历筛选、面试安排等,保障招聘工作的高效、专业和质量;

2. 参与招聘运营相关工作,包括招聘数据分析等;

3. 协助完成其他临时性项目工作。


任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历,具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作和学习能力;

2. 熟悉Office办公软件;

3.工作态度细心认真,执行力强.;

4.优秀的英文听说读写能力,可作为日常工作语言;

5.大陆港澳台及海外留学生皆可。

实习要求:

长期实习,6个月以上优先,每周4天以上优先


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the recruitment department in implementing the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc., to ensure the efficiency, professionalism, and quality of recruitment work.
  2. Participate in recruitment operation-related work, including recruitment data analysis, etc.
  3. Assist in completing other temporary designated tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree or above, with good communication skills, teamwork, and learning ability.
  2. Proficient in Office software.
  3. Diligent and meticulous work attitude, strong execution.
  4. Extremely proficient in English reading and writing abilities, English can be used as a daily language.
  5. Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas students are all welcome.

Internship Requirements:

Long-term internship, preferably more than 6 months, preferably more than 4 days a week.
