岗位职责
1. 协助招聘团队进行招聘全流程的实施,包括岗位发布、简历筛选、面试安排等,保障招聘工作的高效、专业和质量;
2. 参与招聘运营相关工作,包括招聘数据分析等;
3. 协助完成其他临时性项目工作。
任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历,具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作和学习能力;
2. 熟悉Office办公软件;
3.工作态度细心认真,执行力强.;
4.优秀的英文听说读写能力,可作为日常工作语言;
5.大陆港澳台及海外留学生皆可。
实习要求:
长期实习,6个月以上优先,每周4天以上优先
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment department in implementing the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc., to ensure the efficiency, professionalism, and quality of recruitment work.
- Participate in recruitment operation-related work, including recruitment data analysis, etc.
- Assist in completing other temporary designated tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above, with good communication skills, teamwork, and learning ability.
- Proficient in Office software.
- Diligent and meticulous work attitude, strong execution.
- Extremely proficient in English reading and writing abilities, English can be used as a daily language.
- Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas students are all welcome.
Internship Requirements:
Long-term internship, preferably more than 6 months, preferably more than 4 days a week.
