1.Support on Global QMS system build up and lead the rolling-out to each region; 2.Organize and coordinate the quality training in AESC group; 3.Organize AESC Global KPI tracking and prepare for Management Review; 4.Organize external audit and drive for improvement; 5.Execute internal audit and diver for improvement.

1. Education requirement: Master's degree or above; 2. Major requirement: Materials, electronics, mechanical, chemistry, and other related majors in science and engineering; 3. Language proficiency: Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills, with a level 6 or above in English; 4. Job skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.); 5. Soft skills: Good logical thinking and communication skills; able to work hard and adapt to business trips and cross-country communication with different time zones, with a spirit of teamwork.
