Amazon is seeking a Data Center Technical Support Technician to support the Data Center Infrastructure Operations. Ideal candidates will be a self-motivated, possess strong communications skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and phenomenal attention to detail. This is a global opportunity where the candidate will have to work with teams in Seattle, UK, India and China. And as a Data Center Technical Support Technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, and are skilled at troubleshooting one or more operating systems. You are able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues. Primary Job function included but not limited to the following: · Support all aspect of a mission critical spare parts pool for server and network equipment · Provide technical support in effective troubleshooting and repairing servers and networks · Support various hardware troubleshooting and replacement · Support Server and networking equipment installation and removal · Support RMA and repair process for all devices · Support technicians in daily works and activities as directed escalation · Directed project work

基本任职资格 · Deep Understand IT Hardware · Deep Understand of computer/network · x86 Architecture · Experience of Hardware replacement · Experience in Microsoft office applications including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel · Good English skills. 优先任职资格 · Familiar with Linux operating system. · Experience of networking setup and configuration. · Experience of server operation system level development, familiar with server hardware · Experience of Data Center Operation · Relevant educational qualification majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
