Role Summary: You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities into revenue generating products. A people person, you must be able to identify, develop, manage and maximise relationships. Your business acumen will be highly tuned to understand strategic ecosystems and how to maximise them. You must be a superior negotiator with selling expertise to position Reckitt as the partner of choice. You will have an in-depth understanding of OTC and category dynamics, a high intuition for growth levers and what constitutes new news. This role will report to China GM and be based in Shanghai, travel will be essential Key Accountabilities: § To deep dive into Reckitt OTC categories, and their adjacencies to unearth new opportunities § Screen the market for licenses, identify the best APl's and vendors, and facilitate conversations to secure IP. § Secure long-term access to intellectual property & ensure Reckitt's best interests are always included in any deal § Co-ordinate and oversee functions inputting into vendor suitability, such as due-diligence, freedom to operate, exclusivities, quality aspects, supply chain suitability and more § Negotiate in line or better than Reckitt break points and handle multiple-tradables that i...
