Position: Consulting Intern （Beijing） We are looking for a Consulting Intern to have a deep dive into the automotive industry and perform as part of the core project team to deliver the tasks and responsibilities assigned to you with good independency and proactiveness. As part of the team, you will help to design and support developers to build a legacy system that transfers the heavy manual work of vehicle planning to a highly digital way of data processing and work communicating. What you’ll do: •Analyze and translate clients’ business requirements into documents, validate them, communicate with the clients and our developer team •Coordinate the whole process of product function, operation and implementation, maintain good communication with the collaboration department, track the development progress in time, promote the project to achieve the established goals, and ensure the quality of the implementation •Document the process of developing the system and translate IT jargons between English-Chinese •Take ownership of the assigned tasks and effectively communicate with both internal teams and the development team to ensure project needs are fully understood and met •Communicating and presenting findings and ideas in a clear, focused and persuasive manner •Planning and structuring work, driving delivery execution in accordance with agreed timescales.

We want you to have: •Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a top international or domestic university •Interested in automotive industry and its business logic •Working experience in consulting field and familiar with digital transformation, project coordination, demand analysis, product requirement documents, etc. •Outstanding English language skills in both verbal and written •Pleasure in combining technological Know-How with business analysis, good understands of IT systems, API, database would be a plus •Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to adapt new knowledge and environment quickly •Works independently as well as in teams to complete the job on time and to the required quality level •Proficient in Excel, Word and PPT.
