Starting January, we wanted to evaluate if we can leverage CSI team’s services for the period of Jan-March and potentially March-June next year for vendors for different languages. Can you help provide the following information – Will you be have resources to support the following languages – French German Japanese Chinese Indonesian Russian Spanish Italian Korean Swedish Portuguese Dutch Arabic Polish What will be the location for these folks? We would want them to be in the respective countries, that is French resource should be based out of France, etc. What will be the Cost/hr for these resources? Once approved, how soon will you be able to onboard the resources? At a high-level, the resources will be expected to perform the following tasks – Analysis of Scrapped Pages of Bing Search and submitting feedback from UHRS/HitApp platform based on Human Judgement. Test user-facing functionality and identify regressions in user experience. Triage issues reported by crowd judges. Logging bugs identified during testing/judgements in Azure Devops and assign them to appropriate teams. Create Test Scenarios Review of automatically generated test scenarios from other sources. Review of System discovered bugs identified through External DSAT channels/ Internal feedback/ Vendor Judgments/ 3rd party vendors Judges will be required to judge tasks in their respective language as well as in English.
