KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on individual interests, skillsets and company requirements:
• Conduct industry and organizational research, analysis, and reports
• Creative brainstorming and problem-solving for various projects and business challenges
• Devise project and business strategies
• Prepare presentations and proposals, deliver as needed
• Participate in weekly meetings for sharing, reporting, and brainstorming

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong market research motivation and/or experience
• High interest in the marketing field and business management, self-improvement, creative thinking
• Capable of delivering detailed analytical research results
• Critical thinking ability is a must
• Proficient in conducting both English and Chinese researches (Study-abroad experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• A responsible and great team player
• Proactive and always eager to learn new things
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detailed-oriented and organized with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Final year in Bachelors degree or pursuing Masters degree, from a top-tiered university
