Were looking for experienced and talented senior technical writers to join the Human Interface Engineering (HIE) team at our China Development Center in Nanjing. As a Senior Technical writer, you will work with product managers, design team members, software engineers, and QA engineers to create high-quality print and online documentation for network antivirus and Internet content security software products and services. We are committed to providing our customers with world class security products with world class user documentation. Responsibilities: 1.Deliver high quality documentation on large/complex projects for enterprise, consumer/small business, and mobile security solutions (both online and print). 2.Plan, develop, and review documentation sets based on engineering specifications, hands-on use of interim software builds, research, and interviews with subject matter experts. 3.Contribute to user interface designs and overall product quality through reviews and collaboration with other departments.
