The Red Hat Global Support Delivery team is looking for a Technical Support Intern with good communication skills to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will learn from our team while working in a multicultural environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to study Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) technology and get the certificate. Primary Job Responsibilities * Verify, organize, and update customer contact information * Guide customers on registering and using the Customer Portal * Answer customer‘s basic questions about the Red Hat subscription model * Support customers on basic issue of using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) * Call back customers to track and confirm the current status of the submitted technical issues
