- 岗位职责
1. 担任公司劳动力管理方案实施顾问工作,包括需求调研,方案文档撰写,系统配置,系统测试,用户培训、上线准备以及其它相关顾问工作;
Work as workforce management solution consultant, responsible for analyzing business requirement, drafting solution documents, configuring system, performing system test, conducting user training, leading the go-live preparation and other consulting work;
2. 能按照项目经理指导起草项目计划,和其他部门协作制定解决方案;
Prepare project deployment plan under the guidance from project manager, work with other departments to form solution strategy and plan;
3. 负责跟进实施计划,推进产品和方案的交付;
Monitor and control deployment progress, deliver the product/solution based on timeline plan;
4. 主导、参与项目客户的相关会议;
Drive or participate important project meetings with clients;
5. 向部门领导汇报项目的情况、及时发现并跟进项目风险。
Provide accurate and timely status reports to department leadership.
- 岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历,计算机及相关专业优先考虑;
Diploma and above, computer science or similar major are a plus;
2. 有人力资源管理或考勤管理系统(如各种 HRMS、 HRIS、 HCM、 eHR 、 WFM 系统)实施经验者优先考虑;
HR or attendance management systems (e.g. HRMS, HRIS, HCM, eHR, WFM systems) deployment experience is a plus;
3. 具备优异的书面和口头沟通能力;
Has outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
4. 工作积极主动,有良好的跨部门协调能力;
Take initiatives, can work under minimum supervision, good collaborative skills in cross-departmental work;
5. CET-6 及以上, 有使用日语/英语作为工作语言者优先;有国际项目经验者优先;
CET level 6 and above, previous working experience using Japanese/English is a plus; oversea project experience is a plus;
6. 有 MYSQL, SQL server 等数据库使用经验;
Has prior working experience using MySQL, or SQL Server database;
7. 能接受短期海外出差,如日韩,东南亚。
Willingness to take short-term travel to east Asia or south-east Asia.
