岗位技能要求 Your skills and experience 1. Major in Mathematics / statistics / Physics / computer / financial engineering, bachelor degree or above; 2, At least 3-year experience in quantitative strategy development; with experience in the development of arbitrage, CTA, market making or other strategies; Have real trading experience; 3. A deep understanding of statistical models, especially time series models; have a strong ability of data processing and mining; 4. Proficient in Python or R; familiar with Linux; 5. Strong learning ability, logical thinking ability, careful and rigorous work; 6. Strong interest in financial market, blockchain and digital assets, experience in quantitative trading of stocks, futures, foreign exchange or digital assets is preferred.
