对于任何一个复杂系统而言，稳定性保障是一个复杂且系统性的工作，我们致力于以数据驱动的方式自动化、智能化解决系统故障，致力于端到端优化系统架构。
在这里，你可以：
- 优化研发全流程质量和流程，深入研究如何提升代码质量，自动化进行测试及发布
- 优化TikTok核心功能的架构，设计更稳定更具有扩展性的业务架构和容灾方案，确保功能端到端的稳定性
- 建设超大规模服务治理系统，自动梳理系统核心链路及架构视图，自动定位、解决出现的故障，并建设完善混沌工程系统

服务端资深研发工程师/架构师
职位描述：
1、负责TikTok核心功能架构优化，设计高可用、高性能、高可维护的系统，保障核心功能稳定性；
2、针对核心功能设计并实现端到端全链路的稳定性保障体系。
职位要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业；
有高并发/复杂业务系统/服务治理等相关工作经验；
熟练掌握一门后端编程语言，例如 Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++；
积极乐观，责任心强，自驱；
Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- The optimization of TikTok's core function architecture, designing a highly available, high performance, and highly maintainable system to ensure the stability of core functions;
- Design and achieve the guarantee system of end-to-end full-link stability for the core functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.
- Good programming experience with high concurrency/complex business system/service management
- Proficient in at least one of the following backend languages: C/C++/Java/Go/Python/Shell/PHP
- Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, serious, good team communication and collaboration skills
高级SRE工程师
职位描述
1、保障TikTok/直播等核心系统的稳定性，对事故进行快速响应并建立机制、平台提升处理效率；
2、参与建设运维工具、平台，推进运维自动化；
3、通过持续的全方位数据运营（包括可用性指标、历史事故、资源利用率等），找到系统薄弱点，落地地改进项目；
4、积累运维最佳实践，为业务架构设计与组件选型提供指导，输出运维技术文档；
5、推动提升服务的可靠性、可扩展性以及性能优化，保障系统 SLA。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历, 计算机相关专业；
2、扎实的计算机软件基础知识; 了解 Linux 操作系统、存储、网络 IO 等相关原理；

Senior SRE Engineer
Responsibilites:
- Ensure the online stability of the core system such as TikTok/Live, quickly respond to online accidents and build mechanisms and platforms to improve processing efficiency.
- Participate in the construction of operation and maintenance tools and platforms, and promote the automation of operation and maintenance.
- Find system weaknesses and improve projects on the ground through continuous and comprehensive data operations (including availability indicators, historical accidents, resource utilization, etc.),
- Accumulate best practices in operation and maintenance, provide guidance for business architecture design and component selection, and output operation and maintenance technical documents;
- Promote the improvement of service reliability, scalability and performance optimization to ensure system SLA.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science;
2. Solid basic knowledge of computer software; understand the relevant principles of Linux operating system, storage, network IO, etc.;
3. Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++;

服务端技术负责人
职位描述
1、负责TikTok高可用体系构建；
2、负责在线大流量高并发系统的设计和实施；

Qualification
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience;
- Have a solid programming ability, excellent design and code taste;
- Deep understanding of computer principles, good data structure and algorithm foundation;
- Experience in high concurrency service design and implementation is preferred;
- Experience in microservice governance and high-availability system construction is preferred;
- Team management experience is preferred.
服务端资深工程师-工程质量
职位描述
1、负责抖音服务端质量与效率工具开发，通过有效的工具、有效的指标衡量并提高整体工程质量（代码质量、测试质量、上线质量等）
2、负责质量度量平台的建设，对工程质量各个部分进行量化，并指导相关质量建设

1、负责带领团队打造业界领先的服务治理体系
2、负责设计一体化的服务治理平台，打通监控、报警、处理、验证环节
3、基于业务和用户使用场景，进行深入优化，提供系统性、智能化服务治理解决方案
4、工作内容包括但不限于：自适应过载保护、强弱依赖自动识别&验证系统、混沌工程、自动降级平台、智能超时分析&设置
职位要求
1、有丰富的分布式系统、中间件、大规模微服务治理相关工作经验
2、本科及以上学历，技术基础扎实，精通至少一门开发语言（Golang、Python、Java、C/C++等）
3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情
4、有带团队经验优先
