2021届西门子SGP校招Video Interview经历

Video Interview，感觉已经成为招聘过程中的常态。VI面试可以通过结构化的面试，问相同的标准问题来过滤掉大量候选人。面试官可以再次调出你的VI看，而不仅仅是依靠面试的笔记，更加客观。我觉得VI面试相对于传统面试手段来说，确实是一种挺不错的面试方式。

首先是中文的自我介绍，我大概涉及个人基本情况、掌握技能的介绍，还包括对西门子的热爱及了解、过往重点的实习经历（匹配求职意向的内容）、简单的未来规划。然后下面都是英文的问题，记得不是很清楚了，也大概附上了自己蹩脚的翻译，大家将就着看看就好，不喜勿喷。

1、What motivated you to apply for the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP)?

是什么原因促使您申请西门子管理培训生项目（SGP）？

2、What are your expectations of the Program and what do you believe is expected from you?

您对这个项目的期望是什么？您认为对您的期望是什么？

3、Where do you see yourself after the SGP?

SGP之后您觉得自己处于哪种情形？

4、Please tell us about one particular project where you worked very hard to reach a goal, yet, were not successful in the end.

请告诉我们一个特别的项目，您在这个项目中为达到目标付出了很大的努力，但最终并未成功。

(1) Briefly describe what the situation was about. 简要描述当时的情况。

(2) How did you feel during and after this project? 在这个项目期间和之后，您感觉如何？

(3) What learning's did you take away? 您从中学到了什么？

5、Please describe one concrete example that increased your awareness of cultural differences, and what did you learn from it?

请描述一个具体的，提高了您对文化差异的认识的例子，您从中学到了什么？

6、Please shortly describe one concrete situation where you found it difficult to convince or persuade others.

请简要具体地描述一种您很难说服或说服其他人的情况。

(1) What made it difficult? 造成困难的原因是什么？

(2) What did you do or say to convince them? 您当时怎么做或着说服他们的？

(3) What was the outcome? 当时的结果如何？

7、Tell me about a time when you created and executed a new idea.

告诉我您创建和执行新想法的时候。

(1) What was the situation about? 当时发生了什么情况？

(2) How did you do this? 您是如何做到的？

(3) What was the concrete outcome? 当时具体结果是什么？

9、Do you want to work in other cities except except Beijing? Please list less than 3 most preferred cities.

您想在除北京以外的其他城市工作吗？请列出少于3个最喜欢的城市。

10、We would like to invite SGP candidates to Siemens Center in Beijing for final round, would you please let us know you available time in China for onsite Assessment Center? If you cannot join onsite Assessment Center in Beijing, please also let us know.

我们想邀请SGP候选人参加北京西门子中心的最后一轮，请让我们知道您在中国有时间到北京的现场评估中心吗？如果您无法到北京的现场评估中心，也请告知我们。
