工作职责：
Responsibility: • Lead project’s UI and doc localization execution by co-work with vendor and different stakeholders. Perform Management/ Improvement/Maintenance of translation and engineering tasks in localization projects. • Work closely with Dev team and stakeholders to write test plans, define quality metrics and deliver test reports in a thorough and timely manner. • Internal tool development and maintain. • Manage and guide localization vendor to assure delivery quality. • Consulting internal and external localization and Internationalization process and work mode. • Localization related industry research.

任职资格：
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. • At least 2 years’ software development experience, familiar with at least one of coding languages, such as Python/Javascript/Java/C++/etc. • Knowledge in Software Testing Methodologies • Excellent Interpersonal skills and project management skills • Must be fluent in both written and verbal English. Second foreign language is a plus. • Has enthusiasm on doing problem analysis and problem solving. • Familiar with I18N is a plus. • Patient and responsible, self-motivation and teamwork • Familiar with localization software is preferred. (such as Trados/Passolo/MemoQ and so on). Has experience of plugin development is a plus.
